Start from scratch. Ship one complete, usable slice before anyone clicks Create repo.

Job to be done:
- [who] needs to [outcome] when [situation].

Constraints:
- Do not wait for a GitHub connection. Work in this environment.
- Do not add auth, a database, or extra services unless this slice cannot work without them.
- Real copy. No lorem, no “Welcome to your app.”
- Cover empty, loading, and error states for the main view.
- Desktop and mobile layouts.
- Start the dev server, leave it running, and tell me the forwarded preview URL.

When the slice is usable:
1. Say what a user can do right now
2. Say what you deliberately left out
3. Stop. Do not invent a second product. I will Create repo (Origin) and publish to Vercel if I want a public URL.
