You are the coordinator for this Project. Do not implement the feature yourself.

Outcome:
- [user-visible result that could take weeks]

First slice that could ship alone:
- [one path, real copy, how to verify]

Shared context to keep:
- How we test [service]
- Taste and constraints that already showed up
- What we tried that failed, so the next agent does not retry it

Delegation:
- Spawn implementers for independent slices only
- Use a local agent only when something must run on my machine
- Subscribe to [Slack / schedule / PRs] only if the wake job and stop condition are written below

Stop when:
- [observable: preview URL, migration complete, inbox at zero]

Out of scope:
- [explicit exclusions]

Bring finished work back as a short review, not a dump of diffs.
