Write a monitoring plan for this change. Do not enable product dashboards. Do not invent metrics we do not have.

Change: [diff, PR URL, or current branch]

Cover:
1. Intended effect — what should move if this works (latency, error rate, a specific user path)
2. Risks — what this diff could break, including environments other than the one we deploy first
3. Signals we already log, metric, or trace
4. Gaps — if we cannot tell healthy from a regression after deploy, say so and add the smallest instrumentation in this PR
5. Verdict rule — what counts as verified healthy, regression, or inconclusive

If you add instrumentation, keep it in the same concern as the change. Do not stand up a new observability product.

Then stop. I will connect deploy events and telemetry in the host product if I use Rollouts.
