Review this change like a skeptic, not a teammate trying to be nice.

Look for, in order:
1. Breakage — logic errors, missing await, wrong path, inaccessible controls
2. Missing empty / loading / error on any new list or async view
3. Generic UI or copy that could belong to any other product
4. Scope creep — files that did not need to change

Do not rewrite everything. File the issues. Patch only what I ask for after that.
