Use this when you are publishing rules or skills (including on cursor.beauty).

Habit

One concern per file. “Next.js + accessibility + brand voice” is three files.
Put standing constraints in a rule. Put a procedure in a skill.
Write the skill description last, after you know the trigger.

Quality bar

A stranger should know whether to install the file from the title and the first sentence. If they have to open it to learn the job, the tagline failed.
