Make this view usable on a 390px-wide phone.

Rules:
- Stack. Do not scale a 12-column layout down.
- Primary action stays reachable without hunting.
- Tap targets at least 44px where the user must hit them.
- No horizontal scroll unless the content is a true table or canvas, and then provide a cue.
- Hide or relocate chrome that only makes sense on desktop (multi-column filters, dense toolbars).

Do not redesign the brand. Report what you moved, hid, or stacked.
